Waldo's Wares is a one-person operation - it's just me, Brandon. I'm not a corporation with a data team. Here's exactly what I collect, why, and what I do with it.

What I Collect

When you browse the shop, my store tracks products you've viewed, your general location (for tax and shipping estimates), and your IP address and browser type. Cookies keep your cart intact while you shop.

When you place an order, I collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information. If you create an account, that information is stored so future checkouts are faster.

Why I Collect It

To fulfill and ship your order. To send you order confirmations and updates. To process your payment and prevent fraud. To respond if you reach out about your order. To comply with tax and accounting requirements (I keep order records for 7 years).

I don't sell your information. I don't share it with anyone except the services required to run the shop - payment processors and shipping carriers.

Who Sees Your Information

Me. That's it. I handle all orders, shipping, and customer communication personally.

Payments

I accept PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment details go directly to those processors - I never see or store your full card or account information. Apple Pay and Google Pay use Stripe as the underlying processor.

Cookies

The shop uses cookies to track cart contents and browsing behavior. A cookie consent notice will appear on your first visit - you can adjust preferences there at any time.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask me to delete it, or opt out of any marketing emails at any time. Just send me a message.
