Small anatomical human skull sculpture made into knobs for your unique decor. Sculpted at 1:5 scale, 1.3 inches tall.
This listing is for one custom created knob. Each skull is cast from a mold of my original, anatomically correct sculpture, then sanded and detailed. Painted by hand using professional acrylic paints – including iridescent and interference pigments that shift in different light – and finished in your choice of glossy or matte.
Here’s how the finishes differ: Matte has a dry, aged quality – naturalistic, freshly-unearthed. Glossy has a polished, lacquered feel that makes colors pop and catches the light. Neither is wrong, just different vibes.
Arrives ready to install with a standard #8-32 threaded screw (1¼ inch). Need a different length? Just ask. Don’t see exactly the color you want? Use the custom order form – there are more options than what’s listed here.

All sculptures are made to order and take 3–7 days to produce. Hand-finished pieces will have subtle individual variations – that’s what you’re paying for.
